Dear Mrs. Dinda,
Chest pain can be caused by various causes. Heart disease is one of the causes. More detailed Interviews and examination are needed to find the cause of chest pain. In general, chest pain caused by heart diseases have the following characteristics: aggravated by activity and emotion, improved with rest, and occurs in people with coronary risk factors such as high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, smoking, high cholesterol and lack of exercise . Other causes of chest pain can originate from abnormalities in the lungs, digestive, muscle, bone, skin, and even can be a part of anxiety disorders. Hopefully we can help explanation. We continue to advocate for the mother to come to a general practitioner or internist.
Hope it helps
